Team Academy Amsterdam – Who are we?
Team Academy Amsterdam, together with Schoolvision, holds the accreditation of our Program, a 4 years Bachelor degree in Business Administration, with specialisation in Entrepreneurship. At Team Academy, we believe that developing entrepreneurs is possible, and it requires entrepreneurial learning.
Our vision on learning consists of three pillars: guided self-organised learning, team learning, and applying theory into practice.
Team entrepreneurs learn from practice by setting up their own business, undertaking projects and making money. They also study, through lectures and workshops and by reading books. Therefore, the learning program consists of both a theoretical program as well as a practical program, working together in a synergetic way. The team entrepreneurs are supported in their journey by Team Coaches, Business Mentors and Field Experts, who are or have been entrepreneurs themselves.

About the Role:
As an Office Administrator, you’ll play a key role in tackling all kinds of administrative tasks and challenges in the office of our unique and small University for an innovative Entrepreneurship Program based in Amsterdam. With students from across the globe, we offer a vibrant, multicultural environment where your skills can shine and grow.
What You’ll Do:
Setting up Google Classroom for each new school year
Adding the Module Descriptions to coursesDouble checking if all information is correct in the Module Descriptions
- Assign classrooms in planning to teams
- Share weekly planning with students
- Make sure files are complete and updated when necessary
- Being the welcome host to field experts and students
- Help out when there are events

Qualifications We’re Looking For:
- Education: MBO/College degree
- Experience: minimum 1 jaar
What kind of person are we looking for someone:
- Who likes to work with different cultures
- Is kind and open to people
- Who is good in English, word, excel and Google G-Suite
- Has a strong accuracy and focus on details
- Who likes to work in a small team and willing to do all kinds of other little tasks which comes along in the team.
