Please use the form below to submit your request. This form ensures that all information is sent directly to the Board, so there is no need to send additional emails.

The Examinations Board convenes monthly, on the second Monday of each month, to review submitted requests. Therefore, please plan your submissions accordingly and expect a response after our scheduled meetings.

  • Request for a third chance for an exam (limited to one course): as outlined in EER Article 24.
  • Request for reassessment of exam results: refer to EER Article 24.
  • Request for exemption based on prior learning or circumstances: see EER Article 6.
  • Request for accommodations related to physical or sensory disabilities: see EER Article 7. This can include adjustments in the way you complete your program or take examinations, based on a recent declaration from a certified medical professional.
  • Objections to decisions: If you believe a decision made by the Examinations Board or an examiner is incorrect or unfair, you may file an objection as outlined in EER Article 43.
  • Appeals against decisions: Should you disagree with the outcome of an objection, you have the right to appeal to the Board of Appeal for Examinations, as stated in EER Article 44.
  • Adjustments due to grave personal circumstances: If you experience significant personal challenges, such as severe illness or a family bereavement, you may request adjustments to your study path. This is detailed in EER Article 7.

We encourage you to provide all relevant documentation to support your request, as it helps us understand your situation better and process your request effectively. Kindly note that only requests submitted through this form will be considered.

Should you, however, want to reach out to the Examinations Board in another way, you can always write us an email. We appreciate your cooperation and look forward to supporting you in your academic journey.
