For this the following criteria apply for the role of a field expert:
a relevant Master degree (in any case an established academic level of working and thinking) and at least 4 years of relevant experience in the field of expertise of the specific course;
preferably has experience as an entrepreneur in an entrepreneurial environment or in a professional relationship to entrepreneurship (lawyer, accountant, consultant) and/or in the specific field of expertise (skills trainer)
at least 2 years of experience in facilitating and training
