Team Academy Amsterdam is a learning community focused on entrepreneurship, personal growth, and teamwork. Together with Schoolvision, we offer a fully accredited four-year Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a specialization in Entrepreneurship.
Our approach to education is based on guided self-organized learning, team collaboration, and applying theory through real-world experience. Students start their own businesses, run projects, and develop through hands-on challenges. Throughout this process, they are supported by a team of coaches, mentors, and field experts with real entrepreneurial experience.

We are currently looking for:
- Digital skills (year 1+2)
- Law (year 1)
- Finance: Micro and Macro economics
For this the following criteria apply for the role of a field expert:
- a relevant Master degree (in any case an established academic level of working and thinking) and at least 4 years of relevant experience in the field of expertise of the specific course;
- preferably has experience as an entrepreneur in an entrepreneurial environment or in a professional relationship to entrepreneurship (lawyer, accountant, consultant) and/or in the specific field of expertise (skills trainer)
- at least 2 years of experience in facilitating and training
