TEAM ACADEMY EXPLAINED

A Unique and Innovative Bachelor Program for Aspiring Entrepreneurs
Entrepreneurship in Action
Team Academy Amsterdam offers a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Entrepreneurship — designed for students who want to learn by doing, start their own business while studying, and develop the skills needed to succeed as entrepreneurs.
Learn by Doing
Our program emphasizes practice over theory. Students work in teams on real-life projects, gaining hands-on experience in entrepreneurship, marketing, and business management.
Start Your Business While Studying
Every student is encouraged to launch their own business or project during the program. With mentorship, coaching, and access to funding, ideas become real ventures while you’re still in school.
Teamwork and Community
Students work together to solve business challenges, developing strong teamwork, communication, and leadership skills. You’ll be part of a supportive community of like-minded entrepreneurs.
An Innovative Program
The BBA in Entrepreneurship at Team Academy was introduced in 2008 in the Netherlands. Since then, its unique approach has attracted students from all over the world who want to experience entrepreneurship first-hand.
Communication and Core Subjects
A strong emphasis is placed on communication skills. Students learn to work effectively with teammates, clients, and customers, alongside courses in marketing, finance, and business management.
Practical Workshops
Beyond courses, students join hands-on workshops led by field experts. Topics include design thinking, customer discovery, and pitching.
Leadership Development
Running businesses and leading teams helps students build strong leadership skills. They learn how to guide their teams, delegate tasks, and support each other’s strengths. These skills are essential for entrepreneurship and valuable in any career path.
