Are you struggling with what you want to do? You are not alone.
We see more and more young people finding it difficult to know WHAT they want to be and even WHO they want to be.
This leads to important questions you need to think carefully about: What do I want to study? Do I want to work? What do I like? Who am I?
And that’s why we developed TA Quest for you!
From our own experiences, from talking to our students and by thoroughly researching the benefits of a gap year, our 3-month life-changing gap year program was designed.
The program focuses on the practical application of concepts, frameworks, and learnings from interesting books on purpose, leadership, and self-discovery. You will go through a transformative journey in a small group, with a coach, a team, facilitators, and guest speakers. This journey is built by you and us through self-development, purpose-exploring, and self-reflection.
Each week you will see each other for at least 3 days to reflect and be accountable for your progress together.
WHAT WILL YOU DO?
- Enjoying to get (entrepreneurial) work done, alone and together.
- Finding answers to “Who am I?” and “what do I want?”
- Work in a fun, creative, and practical way and environment.
- Reading interesting theory and applying it to your interests.
- Lots of different activities as a way of learning!
- Making a SMART plan for yourself, revising it and learning to execute it.
- Lot’s of self-reflection.
- Working on your mindset, including:
- Finding your passion
- Your creativity
- Your resilience
- Your adaptability
- Building vitality/fitness
